I am not Monet but I am an artist – I create.
Creativity expresses itself in most aspects of my life. For me, the creative process begins when an idea first forms as a seedling in my mind, then springs to life as words and images splash across a page, or notes leap forth from a musical instrument, or an embryonic concept is conceived, nurtured, and birthed into reality.
The creative process – how ideas form, how they’re shaped, how they manifest – fascinates me. What we do to keep our creative spirits alive intrigues me. Other creative artists, the world around me, and life itself, inspire me.
